I am looking for a team of at least (2) skilled laborers/contractors familiar with siding installation to remove/install the following on a twin condo unit (basically townhouses), in the Four Corners area:

Siding/Windows
- Remove and dispose all LP Siding
- Remove/install one 6' slider and one 4' x 5' window (dispose of the old units)
- Remove all LP corner, window and door trim
- Remove Tyvek and wrap/tape with new Tyvek
-Install new LP Smartside 6" x 16' lap siding
- Touch up paint as needed
- Caulk all end joint

Partial Roof Overhang
Need to build a roof to cover the open staircase into our basement. It can be a simple roof design built 24" OC, with a tongue and groove or rough sawn open interior covered in galvanized aluminum. The frame to hold it is already in place.

I will be ordering all of the materials, and just need a quote for the labor and disposal of the old material.
