This beautiful little gem, is a 1966 Security Traveler camper. Made in Idaho, but very rare. Hard to find much info on them.
It has recently been renovated, cleaned and sealed as needed. Roof was coated 3 times. New flooring, trim and paint as needed.
It is a 12 ft. (15ft., hitch-to-bumper), #800 dry. Can easily be towed by just about any vehicle.
Perfect for an individual, or couple, looking for an easy, ready to go camper. The interior is almost as clean as new. Exceptional, for a 60 year old camper!
The back couch/bed, easily slides out to a full sized bed. The bed above it folds down. The table and cushions also convert to a bed, (as well as having storage under the benches). Technically, you could sleep 4-5, depending on sizes.
Tires are excellent. Propane tank is full.
Some dishes. Cover for winter when not in use, as to avoid what the wrath of Mother Nature will do.
I am a custom furniture and cabinet craftsman. I renovated this to use myself, but just don't use it. Time isn't my friend.
I bought it for one reason...I am 6'3" and I can stand up in it! It also has higher than usual road-clearance, so it can go some places, many vintage campers can't go!
The exterior is in really nice condition. I left it mostly original, because I simply couldn't decide on a paint theme. It has unique, quilted aluminum siding and the lines could make some really unique paint patterns. Once I decided to sell it, I figured someone may want their own ideas on it, so I touched up a few spots and left it original. Some people may also desire that aspect, as well. All the glass is in great condition and louvered windows all work as they should, as well as the roof vent.
It is probably the cleanest and well preserved 60 year old camper, you'll be able to find. Won't last long. No holds. Fcfs.
Asking $4200, OBO. Serious only. Cash talks. No trades, no payments.
Clean, clear and notarized title and Bill of Sale.
