What We Offer:

• Storm-based hours – typically 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM on smaller snowfalls and 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM during heavier storms

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from the staging area
• Ability to work early mornings and in harsh winter conditions
• Experience operating a plow truck, skid steer, or loader is preferred, but we’re willing to train someone who shows initiative and a strong work ethic
Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone dependable, punctual, and ready to work hard when the weather calls. You should be safety-minded, respectful of equipment, and able to work independently once trained.
Interview Questions May Include:
• Tell us about your experience with snow removal or operating equipment.
• How do you handle working early mornings or in harsh weather conditions?
• What does reliability mean to you during a storm?
• How comfortable are you maintaining and inspecting your vehicle or equipment before use?
• Are you available for on-call work during snow events?
