This is a great opportunity for a recent high school graduate, college student, or anyone looking to start a career working with equipment and in the construction field. No prior experience is required—we provide on-the-job training.
Position Overview:
- Assist with excavation and site preparation work
- Perform general labor (shoveling, grading, cleanup)
- Operate a skid steer (or learn to operate one)
- Work alongside experienced operators on active job sites
Opportunities for Growth:
- Training to operate mini excavators
- Opportunity to haul equipment
- Advancement into larger equipment operation based on performance and reliability
Compensation:
- $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience and work ethic
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Valid driver’s license preferred
