The light mover will move any indoor grow light approximately 4 feet (1.2m) per minute so your plants wont burn. It has a 0 to 60 second adjustable time delay for pausing the indoor grow light at both ends of its travels, and this helps your grow equipment by promoting even growth and yield from end to end. The LightRail 3.5 Kit also has adjustable travel distance.
