Minor cosmetic damage, and its missing the original on/off switch. It has been replaced with a power strip, which now functions as the power switch. Blade raise/tilt works just fine, you do have to manually adjust the slack on the belt by loosening/tightening the bolts that secure the motor on its swivel but that seems to be a stock configuration thing.
No riving knife, but includes the original miter gauge and fence.
Wheeled base not included
