For nearly 35 years, Ram Computers has been Bozeman’s go-to IT support company. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about technology, problem-solving, and working hands-on with equipment — not just sitting at a helpdesk resetting passwords (though you’ll do some of that too).
We’re a small Montana company, Here, you’ll actually fix things, learn new skills, and work with a team that’s been helping Bozeman businesses for almost 35 years.
What You’ll Get From This Job:
$20–$24.50/hr depending on experience and trainability

What You’ll Do:
Work with PCs, Macs, servers, printers, and network equipment
Troubleshoot and repair hardware and networking issues (remote, onsite, and in person)
Provide client support across chat, phone, email, face-to-face, and remote tools
Assist with networking in Windows environments under the guidance of senior staff
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience with Windows computers (must have)
Basic familiarity with Mac OS (a plus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and occasionally climb ladders (e.g., replacing an access point or moving a switch)
A positive, professional attitude with a focus on solutions and customer service
