Temporary swap: NYC studio apt Manhattan for your Bozeman area house (Upper East Side)

I have references from a previous arrangement with an established resident owner of a 5th Generation Belgrade property. I was a visiting professor at MSU during 2021.
It is a Manhattan studio apartment on the first floor of a 5 story pre-war brownstone in most desireable residential area. It is in the middle of East 80th Street so you don't hear the traffic from the Avenues.
5 minute walk to 5 subway lines and a bunch of city bus lines.
2 closets, area in rear of apt for a single bed. I use part of the living space for the bed.
Cute coffee shop with a little outside seating right next door. Sushi with a few outdoors seats on same block. Chinese laundry/dry cleaning same block. Luke's Lobster one block away. The Met 5 Avenues away. Iggy's Karaoke bar 5 blocks away.
Suitable for one person, sorry, no pets, no smoking cigarettes or cigars.
For arrangment up to 1 year.
