I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. I am interested in renting the master bedroom with attached bath out weekly to the right individual. Rent paid every Monday in cash no excuses. One dog is cool, not into cats. I would consider renting for the entire month of December at a discount but after the new year it needs to be week to week.
