Rent for the total period is $3,600. $150 cleaning fee. All utilities and WiFi (Yellowstone Fiber) included.
This rental is the main house, but please note that there is a separate basement apartment (separate entrance on the shared deck) that is rented to quiet tenants who have one dog.
The main floor of my North Side Bozeman home features 1050 sq. ft. of living space with an open concept living and dining area. The living room has a smart TV. A bright well lighted chef's kitchen and breakfast bar provides an inviting atmosphere for guests to prepare and share meals. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. There is one large bathroom central to both bedrooms with two matching porcelain sinks. Unwind from the day with a drink on the large deck, which is appointed with comfortable furnishings for fabulous outdoor dining and entertaining under the canopy of a mature crab apple tree (seasonally). The deck has a propane fueled BBQ for guests' use.
There is a pack and play and toddler toys available upon request. (Although note that the place is not childproofed.)
There is off street parking for one car, and ample space for street parking for additional cars. For longer term stays, space for your bikes and equipment in the storage shed may be available on a case by case basis.
