Probably around a 50 (liter) multi day backpack. I’ve used this on 7-9 day trips through the Utah desert and Montana and Oregon mountains. Detachable top for day-use fanny pack. Lower panel zipper for sleeping bag access. Size Medium (I’m 5’8”, 165 pounds and has room for a larger torso).
