IT Services Account Manager (vCIO)
A dynamic and fast paced mixture of consulting and account management vCIO (virtual Chief Information Officers) provide strategic technology recommendations for proactively managed IT clients.
vCIO’s are strong at Business to Business (B2B) relationships, can work with a wide variety of clients and industries, and have a strong team of IT professionals around them so they don’t have to have all the answers. Your ability to understand and explain technical concepts as they relate to business demands is what’s important in this position, not your ability to support, manage, or install the technology itself.

Pay: $50k-$70k DOE

Position Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain strong business relationship with C level professionals and/or decision makers
Understand client’s business, high level operations, common industry technology needs, needs and pains.
Drive IT success: fewer IT issues, lower cybersecurity risk, IT solutions that meet their needs and boost their operations and a great experience when working with First Call’s IT services.
Excellent oral & written communication
Technical, Business, and Financial acumen
IT background with a focus on implementation, consulting and/or design of technologies for businesses ranging from 10 – 500 users, including multi-site environments.
Translation of technical conversations into business conversations
Business relationship development
