Architectural design and drafting services utilizing Revit and AutoCAD. We also offer dry-in materials packages derived from the construction drawings after we finalize them with you.

Architectural design services including drafting and complete construction drawings. I have over 18 years of drafting experience and have worked extensively as a master builder and licensed general contractor. Dryin material packages are a very popular choice for homeowners that we design for. Having the material costs and quantities gathered early in the planning process helps with budgeting the project and also saves the builder and homeowner time and headaches.

My designs don’t just look great, they are very functional to build from and bid from, saving time in the planning of your home or project. I include details such as exterior siding, exterior door and window schedules, exterior siding details like directionality, soffit and fascia details, log or timber accents, railing, decking, etc. Dry-in packages can also include these materials.

Plans can be designed from napkin sketches or existing sketches. I also have a large portfolio of existing plans for customers to browse through and gain ideas.
