IT Support Specialists are responsible for managing, monitoring and supporting multiple small business scale networks ranging from 10-100 devices, both remotely and on-site.
The IT Support Specialist will also work with other team members to deliver comprehensive IT solutions. This position requires excellent consultative, communication, strong technical skills and can follow instructions.

Responsible for time allocation/prioritization, task management, customer follow up
Help customers keep technology in alignment with business objectives and best practice
Remote support to customers via phone and onsite
Provide proactive and reactive support services for workstations, servers, wireless, printers, firewalls, applications, backup and disaster recovery, antivirus and network installations and consulting
Need to take instructions well and learn more technical skills as taught
Some after-hours or weekend work as needed for projects and rotating on-call
Minimum of 3-years computer industry work experience
Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
Windows Server operating systems
Basic network infrastructure
High experience with Windows desktop applications, operating systems, and hardware
Microsoft Outlook and other common business applications
Prefer industry certificates with Microsoft, CompTIA, and other leading products
Good experience with networks and equipment including wireless access points, routers & firewalls
Require reliable vehicle to and from work in addition to customer onsite jobs
