Adell exterior impervious to water. Stored mostly inside. Solar, battery, and electric power options. Open, well – lit floor plan. Slide – out kitchen, stove, mic./convect. oven, three–way fridge/freezer. Spacious dry bath with sink, toilet and corner shower. Queen bed with additional luxurious Tempur-pedic mattress sleeps two. Dining area converts for extra bed. Slide screens and pleated blackout shades on windows. TV with remote. BT, a.m./FM, and CD system plays through indoor/outdoor speakers 110 and USB outlets carbon monoxide detector. Ceiling fan and AC. 30 gallon tanks for fresh, gray, black water. Power awning LED lights. Outdoor kitchen with stove, wash tub, spray porch. Outdoor cold/hot water! 5 gallon propane tank +2 batteries. Cable satellite plug-in. 6 gallon propane H2O heater.
