In good shape for its age. I put 2 brand new lithium ion batteries in this spring.
It has a mostly new mattress. With a few water stains. The roof leaked when I got it a year ago. I sealed the roof with Through the Roof sealant. Havent had a problem since.
There are a few tears in the screens, and a little wear on the canvas. Nothing major.
Has heater, works great.
Fridge, seems to work, but never had the need for to actually try, same with A/C unit. Three burner stove works well too. Water tank and pump work.
I lost the keys for outside doors. So I had to drill one lock out. Easy fix if needed.
