Hi there! I am looking for a roommate and have a room for rent in my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house located in town, in Livingston. We would have to share the one full bath. You will also have access to the kitchen, laundry room, and living room. I was using the room as my office but have recently acquired an office space in town. I am currently in the process of moving everything out of the room. The room will be ready 07/31/25. Rent is $800 a month and we would split utilities, electric, water, internet, etc. Parking is available on the street and we may be able to work something out where you can park in the back of the lot near the alley.

A little about me. I am a 32m that has his own business. I work quite a bit and when I am not working enjoy doing all the outdoor Montana things or taking my older pup on adventures. I like to keep the house clean, but am not a clean freak. May be open to a small dog or cat as long as they get along with my dog and are house trained.
