This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house on the west side of Bozeman with one male roommate.
RENT INCLUDES 2 BEDROOMS AND 1 PRIVATE BATHROOM in the front portion of the house unfurnished. This gives you the option to have lots of space and privacy.
Shared and furnished living spaces include kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and a garage space to park. There is a nice fenced in backyard with a patio great for summer evenings. No animals allowed unfortunately(unless ESA approved). Monthly bills are split with the other roommate averaging around $150.
Looking for one roommate or possibly a couple. Preferably adult professionals, clean and respectful. The other roommate is outdoorsy and loves to fish and camp, is a working professional, very respectful, clean, quiet and doesn’t drink.
