This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house on the west side of Bozeman with one male roommate. Rent includes 2 bedrooms and 1 private bathroom in the front portion of the house unfurnished.
Shared and furnished living spaces include kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room. There is a nice fenced in backyard with a patio great for summer evenings. No animals allowed unfortunately. Monthly bills are split with the other roommate averaging $150.
Roommate works a full time job as well as being a Microbiology major at MSU, he likes cars and is basically never home during daylight hours.
