Hey, one of my roommates moved out and I need to fill their room. Rent is $750/month utilites are internet $33/month and electricity ~ $50/month. There's also a security deposit needed to rent. The room is within walking distance of MSU, so if you're a student it's pretty nice. This isn't a party place, if you're into that then this wouldn't be the place for you. Here's a bit about me and my roommate: we're both guys in our 30's, mostly keep to ourselves and are pretty clean and quiet. Male or female welcome, no one over 40 though.
