Hey, one of my roommates just moved out and I need to fill the room. Rent is $750/month utilities are $33/month for internet and around $50 for electric. The deposit is $750 along with last months rent. Either male or female roommate is fine. Campus is within walking distance if you're going to MSU. Here's a bit about my roommate and I- We're two guys in our 30's, both pretty quiet, both pretty introverted and keep to ourselves, play video games, pretty clean and not messy, not into partying- so if you're into that this wouldn't be the place for you.
