Room for rent in large updated house walking-distance west of Bozeman Pond Park. Room is downstairs (garden level, many windows) with its own living area and easy access to bathroom and laundry. Plenty of private space and good sound insulation.

House is fully furnished and spacious, large kitchen/living/dining rooms, full laundry, large deck, huge fenced in backyard. Garage shop if you need to wrench on things.

The homeowners are a couple professional guys in their 30's and 40’s. Both are easy-going outdoorsy types and spend much of our free time riding bikes, hiking, camping, and snowboarding. Both employed within the local Bozeman community. We live here and deeply care about this space--this is not an investment property.

We are welcoming of all applicants. Communal respect is paramount to all of us. All we request from you is to be clean and respectful of the house. No dogs please, two cats live in the home.

Split utilities, 12 month lease (first, last, and security--negotiable if necessary), please have stable finances.
