I have two bedrooms available in my house. One of my roommates stopped paying his bills so I had to kick him out. My other roommate is leaving town. These two rooms share a bathroom, and are located next to my guest room. These are simple rooms. They are listed as unfurnished, but I currently have a bed in there that can be tossed if unused. $800 a month does not cover the bills. The bills are divided by how many people live in the house. I pay the trash fee for the house, but that is it. Meaning the power, the plumbing, the HOA fee, and the internet are all split. There is a cat who runs the place and does not want any company. There is storage in the garage, but no parking in the garage. There is parking in my driveway. I have a lovely view of the Bridger's in a quiet neighborhood with a big backyard. I am close to the airport and not too far from downtown. A deposit is required to make sure you have a job and can continue paying unlike previous roommates. It is not a glorious house, but it is my home.
