Currently offering a 9 Month sublease until August 15th 2026; the space is currently occupied by 2 guys in their early and mid 20s who are no longer in school but work full time and a dog. Currently looking for someone to take over for the remainder of the lease starting this december until mid august of next year
Both guys are into hunting, fishing and outdoor acitivties such as mountain biking, hiking, hockey and sking.
Students are ok and guy or girl is fine but not looking for another animal in the house
rent is 1200 a month and utilites are not included and paid 3 ways between roommates; space comes with private bathroom with shower, tub and twin sink
