We have a 4-bedroom 2 ½ bathroom home located near Bozeman High School. The Master Bedroom is available to move in and we are looking for a thoughtful person or couple to occupy it. Only 3 of the 4 bedrooms are rented out, meaning we have a guest room. Current tenants will be two 30 y/o males.
The current tenants are clean and organized when at the house, and very much into spending a lot of time in the mountains or outside; biking, kite-skiing, snowboarding, hiking, etc. Both enjoy and do a fair amount of cooking and generally work during the day. Every-so-often we’ll host a dinner party or a fiesta, too.
What we have is a peaceful house in a fairly quiet little neighborhood within biking distance of downtown. The backyard is small, but it’s got a lovely spot in the shade or in the sun and a spectacular view of the Bridgers. Including the porch, it’s got a place to set up a hammock, some lawn chairs, a grill, and a firepit. The driveway fits two cars, and there is also street parking. The garage remains empty of cars so that it always has plenty of space to fit bikes or camping gear or winter gear or whatever else.
In terms of amenities and appliances, we have a washer and dryer, a gas-range stove, a dishwasher, a large pantry, plenty of cabinet space, and an extra fridge/freezer in the garage. The living room has a working gas fireplace. We have hardwood flooring throughout the house. The entire house is furnished except for the room for rent.
What we are looking for: Ideally, somebody who is professional, clean, tidy, and drama-free. Oh for the love of God, be drama-free. Home ought to be a peaceful place for all of us, and lets continue keeping it a welcoming place with chill vibes.
We have a small guest room that is furnished so that we can have friends/family come visit this wonderful place and have a killer place to rest.
The Master Bedroom is upstairs. The dimensions are 13ft x 15ft, it has a fair sized walk-in closet and comes with a private bathroom; which has dual sinks and a shower/bathtub.
The Master Bedroom is $1,050 per month, security deposit of $1,050.
Utilities are split equally between housemates.
Room is available February 27th. If you need an earlier move in date, the guest room is available in the meantime.
