Hello my name is Kelby and I’m looking for a roommate to live in this beautiful 2 bed 2bath apartment.
Rent would be 897.5 plus utilities.
The security deposit is 897.5
I move in on the 23rd and can start showing it that week.
You would have your own bathroom.
A Dog and Cat will be living here so sadly no other pets.
Available For move In after the 23rd of October.
It is a year lease from October 23rd 2025 to October 22nd 2026 with the option to renew.
I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and responsible.
Would prefer another female.
Also would prefer someone that is out of the party phase.
A little about me I like to spend time with friends and family. I also love cooking and will probably offer you food because I make to much.
