The house is a large multi-bedroom with young professionals (30s). We are a house of outdoor enthusiasts and gamers. We enjoy music and art, snowboarding, bikes, movies, gardening, pool, games, and a good bbq. The home has 2 large kitchens and living/dining rooms upstairs and downstairs. Garage extra storage. The backyard is large with plenty of room. The neighborhood also has multiple private parks with basketball and a large pond.
Shared - kitchen, bathroom, internet, water, electric, garbage, utils ($50-75).
We are a clean and quiet house of individuals that like to have a good time while being respectful. Not a party house. Looking for clean and responsible tenants.
Month-to-month lease w/first and last upfront (2mo. min). $300 refundable cleaning security deposit.
We have one 5yr old dog but no more pets are allowed.
