We have our downstairs unit available from December 1st - July 31st! My boyfriend and I are looking for people to move in to the downstairs unit of our house before the end of the year. Rent is $1350 + utilities.

The unit has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and it's own kitchen and can be accessed by a shared or private entrance. There is in unit laundry that is shared by us upstairs, but we maybe use it once a week so we wouldn't be in your hair too much! The house has an attached garage, a fenced in back yard, deck, and driveway parking.

The two of us work long hours, and like to just chill when we're at home, so we're looking for people with that similar vibe to move in.

Note: the place is not furnished as shown in the pictures.
