1 bedroom avaialbe in a 3 bedroom/1 bath basement apartment near MSU and downtown available January 1st-March 31st. Option to stay longer can be discussed, if needed.

You would be sharing the space with a 37 year old engineering student/musician named Jason. He mostly keeps to his studio playing music. He keeps the sound levels reasonable between the hours 9am-9pm and then wears headphones after that.

If you are also a musician or a student, this would be perfect for you!

Laundry is shared with the upstairs neighbors, who are super nice.

No smoking/No Pets. $900 includes all utilities & internet. No deposit required.
