Looking for 1 long term renter who can get along with a great group of quiet hard working guys.
Couples need not apply.
Kitchen, dining, living space, garage, and outdoor areas are all shared spaces and kept clean and orderly by all.
New roommates must respect and live amicably with others. Garage is available for minimal storage of recreational items such as skis, float tubes, bikes, etc. . . Driveway is large enough to accommodate one vehicle per roommate in off street parking.
The house is beautiful, but also a lot of work. Willingness and love of shoveling snow, mowing the yard, housekeeping, gardening, and yard work is required.
The ONLY way rent increases for any roomie is not participating in their share of upkeep and cleaning. The yard is spacious and beautiful with raised bed garden boxes, gazebo, and other expansions. Gardening enthusiasts delight!
The rent is 750 per month with a 750 deposit.
All utilities are split 4 ways.
Room available for viewing upon completion of a successful in person interview.
Rent and utilities are both due the 5th of every month.
This beautiful residence is located in a quiet community 5 miles outside of Bozeman and the Streamline doesn't have a route out here. Having your own reliable transportation and not minding a short commute is important.
