Housing/Land Rental - Young Couple in Bozeman (Bozeman)

Bozeman folks,
My girlfriend and I are looking for a new place to live after our lease is up on August 1st.
We were are currently in Southeast Bozeman sharing a house with roomate’s, but looking for a nice place for the two of us within a 10-15 minute drive of Bozeman.
We would love some land/space but are not opposed to a shared property/neighbors.
We are willing to sign in June or July to secure a good place and help ease the move.
I’m in the construction/home building industry, so I am good for some upkeep/ property management.
We have a lot of interest in home stays, animal sitting, or any unconventional type of work/live situation.
Also very interested in typical rentals.
We are happy to work with folks and help out neighbors
Ultimately, we are flexible and fun people looking in advance for a good place when our lease is up here in August.
We plan to be in Bozeman for the long haul.
We have 2 cats - they’re well behaved, and cool (no cat like issues)
We are in our late 20’s-early 30’s.
