We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Retail Manager.
Position Details:
Pay: Starting at $23/hour+ (DOE)
Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays required (with a weekday off, typically Monday)
Location: Manhattan, MT
Responsibilities:
Assisting with daily retail operations
Managing inventory and stock levels
Stocking shelves and maintaining product displays
Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the store
Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with purchases
Supporting marketing efforts, including social media and cold calling
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and dependability
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with customer outreach and basic marketing tasks
Retail or management experience preferred, but not required
