I play video games alot and have a portable console. all I request is you have one free outlet for me to charge from.
If I stay the night I typically bring my own blanket and pillow I wont sleep in your bed. I will most likely sleep on the living room floor. Or couch which ever you prefer.
No kids. This is not a babysitting gig and I dont want you to get the impression that it is.
I will bring a civil contract stating I have permission to be on the property with the owners permission during the dates we negotiate from the times we specify.

As you can imagine doing this over the years ive had many incidents happen.
From false police calls because of my presence due to neighbors. to family members stopping by and trying to full on assault me. I do have several self defense tools because of this.
I generally will return to customers who can prove that my safety is also a priority.
So yes the contract is required NO EXCEPTIONS. Please keep in mind. Breaking the contract will result in an additional fee!
