Property Manager – Ascend Properties – Big Sky, MT
The primary tasks of the Property Manager position are to assist with caring for a portfolio of luxury properties, and the homeowners/guests who reside in them, in a manner consistent with the 5-star standards set forth by Ascend Properties. The goal of the Property Manager is to create a flawless lodging experience that aligns with the high expectations of any guest or homeowner under our care. This is achieved by ensuring all properties are maintained at the highest possible level and world-class hospitality is provided at all times.
The ability to effectively communicate with all guests, homeowners, team members and vendors is critical to the success of a Property Manager. Applicants must be able to effectively coordinate and execute on a wide variety of property management duties that are essential to being successful in this position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ability to drive for work in varying weather conditions.
Knowledge or willingness to learn basic home systems and other property management skills.
Possess an ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and on a variety of communication platforms/systems, with guests, homeowners, team members and vendors at all times.
Able to lift 25-50 pounds.
Keen eye for detail when preparing homes for arrival and securing them upon departure.
Completion of a variety of small maintenance tasks that do not require advanced training to complete.
Remain consistent and efficient in relation to all assigned duties and tasks.
Willingness to work a varied schedule as required, including some holidays and weekends.
Be a positive reflection and representative of Ascend Properties at all times.
Ability and willingness to learn various software systems to effectively operate within the Ascend Properties organizational framework.
Maintain the privacy of all homeowners and guests at all times.
Adhere to safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in property management or in a high-end hospitality environment preferred.
High School diploma, GED or related vocational training preferred.
This position is fulltime seasonal or fulltime year-round, depending on experience and other factors, with the possibility to move to full time year-around status at the conclusion of a successful winter season.
