I'm a 22 year old single male working as a Union Carpenter at the Big Sky Ski Resort. I don't drink, do drugs, party or anything really, I'm pretty boring and work 50+ hours a week. Ideally I'd need full hookups including 220v 50 and or 30 amp plugin (Or maybe I can get one installed), a place to dump waste water without moving the camper, and access to a hose for water. But really, I can bring in my own water and take out my own waste water if the price is right. I just need a permanent spot with power to run heaters and lights, and so I can setup skirting around the camper to keep the pipes from freezing.

I do have a dog who is friendly and will stay inside the camper all day until it's time to go to the bathroom, and I can clean up after her if needed.
If you had some carpenter projects around your house or property maybe we can work out a deal to make my rent less and it's a win win, I also have a large 1 ton gas truck if you need something moved and I can help that's cool too, anything to save money. Maybe I can shovel snow, or for the right price I'll put a plow on my truck and plow your driveway, or use your truck or equipment to plow. Anything is possible for the right setup, just let me know and maybe I can help you out.
The camp grounds in this area want 800+ a month, which is honestly insane considering that's some people's mortgage. The closer to four corners the better because that's where the bus picks us up for work, but any location will be considered. Doesn't matter to me if it's a residential area, commercial area, it all looks the same from inside my camper lol.
I would really prefer month to month or maybe 2 or 3 months at a time lease, cash under the table whatever, but you have to understand I'm a Union Carpenter, if I get fired or laid off or our jobsite burns down, I have to move to stay employed, that's why I have the camper. So just keep that in mind, but ideally I want to be in this area all winter because moving in the winter sucks.
I'm just trying to be an honest straight forward guy, let me know what you might be able to offer me and if there's anything else you want in return we can work it out. I have more time than money, and more energy than brains lol, just trying to make life work. I also prefer text messages because I'm at work all day and I might forget to call you back, or think it's a spam caller.
