Autopilot, Inc., an aerospace certified precision manufacturing company, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to contribute to our growing company. Autopilot’s customers span many industries, including the outdoor industry, aerospace / defense, photonics / imaging and many other commercial enterprises. This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data and is subject to the EAR and ITAR restrictions. As a result, this job is restricted to U.S. persons only.
The position provides long-term stability and opportunities for career growth. You will work with shopfloor personnel and management to facilitate the daily shipment of customer goods and coordinate incoming shipments. Specific duties include:
• Ensure that shipments are securely packed and are scheduled to leave before the customer due date
• Prepare necessary shipping paperwork and documentation
• Arrange and facilitate daily shipments through parcel pickup or drop-off
• Receive incoming shipments for accuracy and maintain current records of customer supplied parts, material, tooling and other received hardware
• Order supplies, perform data entry in computer systems and maintain a clean and organized workspace
