Office Manager / Customer Service Representative for small manufacturing company. Join us with your strong administrative skills in a beautiful out of town work setting. This position involves processing wholesale orders from initial communication to shipping including the scheduling of production to facilitate completion of orders. We ship our products to retail stores in the US, Canada, Europe and Australia.
Qualifications must be a Team Leader/Player with strong communication and good customer service skills. The ability to prioritize and multitask are essential. Computer skills should include QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with UPS, Fed Ex and USPS shipping programs is very beneficial. Applicant should be able to lift 40 lbs. Familiarity with horses and horse tack is helpful. FT Wage 25.00-30.00 DOE. Opportunity for business management is available for the right applicant.
