Residential Framing Carpenter (Entry-level)
Location: Greater Bozeman Area (Great for summer or a gap year/career launch)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $25/hr
Job Summary
The Vibe
Looking for a job that keeps you active, pays great, and actually teaches you a real-world skill? Skip the retail shift or the desk job. We are a tight-knit, quality-focused building crew crafting residential homes across Southwest Montana, and we are looking for motivated people to join our team.
No experience? No problem. If you have a solid work ethic, a good attitude, and are ready to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Do (And Learn)
You’ll work alongside experienced builders to construct the bones of custom homes—from the ground up.
Build the Foundation: Learn how to frame residential walls, floors, and roofs.
Master the Tools: Get comfortable and safe using nail guns, power saws, and specialized equipment.
Keep it Sharp: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site alongside your crew.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need a resume packed with construction experience, but you do need:
The Right Attitude: Show up on time, be ready to learn, have a great attitude, and collaborate well with the team.
Physical Drive: You’ll be on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs., and staying active all day.
Weather Resilience: We work outside in the beautiful (and unpredictable) Montana weather.
The Basics: A reliable way to get to various local job sites, and a willingness to grab a few basic personal tools (like a hammer and a tool belt) once you start. We supply all the heavy machinery and big tools.
What’s In It For You?
Serious Cash: A starting wage of $25/hr, scaling up to $40-50/hr as you stack up your skills.
Mentorship: Learn a high-paying, lifelong trade directly from the pros.
Great Crew Culture: Work in a supportive, small-team environment
Fast Promotion Track: As you master new skills, your paycheck grows with you.
