We are looking for a motivated individual that takes pride in their work. The starting wage will be between $17-$19/hr. depending on experience. Any candidate must have a valid Cannabis Control Division Work Permit Badge. I am happy to give direction on how to acquire this. The hours required may change a little but on average are 5am-1pm Monday-Friday.
List of most duties but not limited to.
1. Assist the lead grower in the garden with maintaining the plants throughout their life cycle. Ensuring the health of the plant the entire time.
2. Assisting with post harvest bucking and trimming of the plants and constantly observing if the buds are to wet or dry and adjust accordingly.
3. During slow times with plants and harvest assisting with joint production.
There are more details to the job and training will safely be provided and managers are always available if questions come up.
