Covered Wagon Mobile Home Park is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Groundskeeping duties, including mowing and general upkeep
Performing minor maintenance and repairs on equipment
Maintaining overall cleanliness and appearance of the property
Working outdoors in various weather conditions
Background in plumbing is a plus
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Experience with groundskeeping, plumbing, and basic maintenance preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured
Compensation:
Wage depends on experience (DOE)
