We are a small, established commercial janitorial company looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to take a lead role in quality and training.
This is a hands-on, skilled role for someone who takes pride in doing things right, notices details, and wants steady, long-term evening work.
What you’ll do:
*Clean assigned commercial buildings (banks, dealerships, offices)
*Train new hires on-site and show them how each account should be done
*Help maintain consistent quality across accounts
*Notice and report when something isn’t right
What you won’t do:
*You won’t manage people, schedules, or HR issues
*You won’t be in an office — this is field work
Good fit if you:

*Like routine, structure, and clear standards
*Care about quality even when no one is watching
*Are patient and clear when teaching others

About the work:
Evening work starting at 5-5:30 PM. Clock in at our shop, gather supplies, then go to assigned buildings. Typical tasks include vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, trash, restocking supplies, and careful dusting. Drive time is paid.
