Job Overview: The Laborer provides essential manual support for excavation, grading, utilities, and heavy civil projects, assisting skilled crew members while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare sites by clearing vegetation, debris, and obstacles.
• Assist operators by spotting, guiding, and signaling during excavation and grading.
• Handle and place materials (pipe, gravel, forms) and install basic utility components.
• Operate hand/power tools (shovels, tampers, jackhammers, saws).
• Load/unload trucks, clean equipment, and maintain site housekeeping.
• Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and participate in daily safety meetings.
Seasonal Position Notice:
This position is classified as seasonal, with duration dependent on project workload, weather conditions, and operational needs. Seasonal employment does not guarantee year-round work.
