About the Project
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and high-quality Framing Crew or Lead Framers to start immediately on a high-end, custom residential home in Bozeman. This project features complex architectural details, premium materials, and requires a crew that takes immense pride in precision, straight lines, and structural integrity.
If your crew is fast, clean, and meticulous with custom details, we want to get you on-site this week.

* **Experience:** Proven track record in high-end, custom residential framing
* **Efficiency:** Ability to read blueprints accurately and execute with minimal supervision.
* **Tools & Transport:** Must have your own reliable transportation, truck, and standard framing tools (compressors, guns, cords, saws).
* **Reliability:** You show up when you say you will, maintain a clean job site, and hit deadlines.
* **Safety & Compliance:** Strict adherence to job site safety practices. Fully insured crews (General Liability and Workers' Comp)
