Reporting to the Chick-fil-A management team, the Floor Supervisor is a working supervisory position overseeing the front of house, guest recovery, and assisting with back of house when needed.
**Positively and professionally interacts with customers.
**Supervises the front of house activities and staff within this large volume/high activity retail operation.
**Provides active leadership and training of student and temporary staff.
**Ensures SOPs are being followed.
**Ensures quality service is being provided.
**Regularly troubleshoots as issues occurs.
**Communicates any changes to their team and the management team.
**Assigns and performs the disposition and storage of foods (hot and cold), supplies, regular cleaning of assigned area, and maintenance of equipment in accordance with the sanitarian’s recommendations.
**Ensures compliance with sanitation guidelines and food handling and storage FDA codes and as directed by MSU’s Registered Sanitarian.
