- No roofing experience required - we train from day one, construction experience preferred
- $25/hour to start as 1099 contractor
- Path to W-2 employee status for proven performers
- Work on residential and commercial flat roofs: TPO, EPDM, hot-applied systems
- Outdoor physical work - must be comfortable on rooftops
- Reliable transportation to our warehouse required, but will use company vehicles to go to job sites
- Immediate openings - start within 1 week
- We work 4/10 hour days/week to get Fridays off!
