We are looking for an experienced Individual to manage and lead our Maintenance & Small Projects Division. Day-to-day activities vary from meeting with clients, completing hands-on carpentry tasks to project coordination.

Job Description & responsibilities:
- This is a leadership position of high responsibility.
- Direct maintenance activities on completed custom homes including daily field tasks, scheduling resources, quality control on work in progress and completed, and safety.
- Direct small remodel and small construction activities and tasks.
- Conduct preconstruction responsibilities – writing subcontracts, and material purchase orders
- Work closely with YT Management in coordinating project tasks, information and resource requests, and any challenges being encountered.
- Complete a wide variety of carpentry tasks
- General knowledge of subcontractor scopes of work and installation requirements
- Site reporting duties to include timecard review, daily reports, schedule projections, safety meetings, and equipment inspections.
- Quality control oversight to ensure completed work meets and exceeds company standards
- Efficient working alone
- Effectively mentor and teach
- Maintains respectful relations with clients & project teams
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience with custom home construction
- 5 years of field experience on high-end residential projects
- Project manager or assistant project manager experience a plus
- Ongoing certifications and training a plus but not required
- Knowledge in plan grid or similar plan management software a plus
- Willingness to learn and be part of our team
