Summary of Job: Big Sky Landscaping seeks a creative someone who works hard and is willing to learn. Someone who wants to work outside directly in the field in Big Sky. Weather permitting, the schedule is "4 - 10s", Monday - Thursday.
Description:
• Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle
• Safely operate and maintain light excavation equipment (skid steer/mini excavator)
• Creatively build landscape features you are proud of
• Know when to get down to work and when to lighten the mood on a difficult project
Our ideal candidate has:
• Excitement to work 40+ quality hours a week
• Listening skills--willing to take direction and work with a small team
• Current driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Mechanically inclined mind
• Practice time management, effective communication
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients
• Focus for personal safety
• Attention to detail
Compensation: $16-20/hour plus other perks! Compensation determined by a variety of factors with the opportunity for a raise in the first season.
