If you’ve got experience behind the controls of heavy equipment or a CDL in your pocket, that’s a plus – but if you bring the right mindset, we’ll show you the rest.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is a hands-on role supporting our civil and landscape construction crews. You'll assist with excavation, grading, drainage, hardscapes, material handling, and more. If you have a CDL, you may also operate large company trucks and trailers to haul material as needed. We focus on site prep and installations only – this is not a landscape maintenance role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
● Support excavation and civil site prep projects.
● Install hardscape & landscape features (grading, retaining walls, walkways, plantings, etc.).
● Operate hand and power tools; equipment operation based on experience.
● Haul materials using company trucks (CDL-holders only).
● Adapt to changing tasks and sites – no two days are the same.
● Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
