Position Overview
This is an entry-level position with strong growth potential. While no prior experience is required, this role is essential to our team and offers clear opportunities for advancement and pay increases based on performance.
What You’ll Do
Assist with radon and mold mitigation installations
Work in crawl spaces, attics, and residential/commercial job sites
Use tools and equipment (training provided)
Support technicians and help maintain efficient workflow
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to perform physical labor in various environments
Construction or tool experience is a plus, but not required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
Starting at $30.00/hr
Performance-based raises, including an initial raise opportunity based on results
30+ hours per week
Fast-track advancement for motivated individuals
