Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in construction, ventilation systems, or mitigation work. The technician will play a key role in installing radon mitigation systems, fans, and overseeing projects to ensure quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Install radon mitigation systems and ventilation fans
Oversee and manage job sites from start to finish
Ensure work meets company standards and safety protocols
Train and assist entry-level crew members as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in construction, HVAC, mitigation, or related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of tools, systems, and job site safety
Leadership ability and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and professionalism
Compensation & Benefits
Starting at $40.00/hr with potential to earn up to $42.00/hr based on performance
Consistent 30+ hours per week
